Conceived as a Ferrari-inspired retreat, the project blends the bold aesthetics of Ferrari, Grand Theft Auto, and Mad Men into a cohesive design language that fuses sophistication, performance, and style.

S9 Consulting successfully managed the delivery of high-end, custom features and premium amenities, including two Podium1 race simulators, a Trackman IO golf simulator, and accommodations for ten collector cars. Through meticulous coordination of design, technology, and craftsmanship, S9 delivered an immersive environment tailored to the owner’s distinctive vision.

The design blends Blade Runner-inspired cinematic flair, vintage European cars, and anime influences, creating a space that’s bold, precise, and immersive. Highlights include a mechanic zone, enclosed woodshop, dedicated library, two lounges, and premium finishes like acoustic ceilings and custom millwork.

Built for both display and play, the condo accommodates high-end cars alongside Trackman IO and F1 simulators, merging industrial precision with lifestyle luxury.

Residential Remodel @ The Colony
